According to the Collins English language Dictionary (2006) the definition of bilingual is definitely ‘involving or using two languages. '(Collins, 2006, s. 53)

The complexities of bilingual education however , vary greatly by around the world as well as between every person school. A few institutes determine bilingual education as learning every subject matter in two languages, whereas others only define it as being capable of use two languages.
